Termination Notice Form

The form below must be submitted one week (7 days) prior to vacating your storage unit. If the 7-day notice is not received in writing, an additional week rental will be charged to your account.

To ensure reimbursement of any unused rent, the user is required to leave the space swept, free of debris, undamaged, and completely empty. Please ensure that the lock is removed from the storage unit after moving out. If your lock has not been removed, or if you have not moved out of the rental unit by the stated date of termination, the termination notice will be invalidated and new termination notice must be returned to the office.
